Technical FAQ

Why my mobile phone call can not automatically record after installation?

If it is the first time that you use auto recording, select the “Action” at the bottom of the interface, then select “phone”, you will see that the default setting is “DO NOT record any call”, select any other options as you like, the mobile phone will record automatically next time.

Can my mobile phone record all the calls?

Sure, select “Action” →“Phone” →“Record every call”. However, when you want to record a long call or many calls, make sure that your phone or storage card is big enough. The software will not work when the storage is full.

Does this software record outgoing calls or incoming calls, or both?

Both will be recorded as you have set.

What is the output format of recording files? What if the tone quality is not very good?

There are two formats for your choose: MP3 and WMV. You can decide the format and quality by selecting “Action”→“Input” and setting the format and quality you would like.

Where are my recorded files, can I designate a folder to save these files?

The default folder for recorded file is “My Document”. You can set the name for the file and the folder you want to save by selecting “Action”→“Options”→“Files”
